Research and Enterprise Manager
About the role
The Research and Enterprise Manager leads and manages the Faculty’s research and enterprise administration, ensuring effective delivery of compliance, data governance, and implementation of strategic support for REF, KEF and Knowledge Exchange and Enterprise (KEE) activity. The role provides specialist professional advice, supports key processes and systems, and works closely with the Associate Dean for Research and Enterprise and senior colleagues to implement the Faculty’s Research and Enterprise strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver research and enterprise administration, ensuring compliance and data governance
- Support strategic support for REF, KEF and KEE activity
- Provide specialist professional advice and support key processes and systems
- Work closely with the Associate Dean for Research and Enterprise and senior colleagues to implement Faculty’s Research and Enterprise strategies
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical and communication skills, with the ability to manage their own workload. They should have a knowledge of the HEI environment, with particular knowledge on REF and impact. Proactivity, teamwork, and communication skills are essential. They should be able to provide constructive advice on ongoing R&E processes in FAH.

Skills

Pay
The salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
Schedule
The role is full-time and permanent.
