Research and Development Associate I
Job Summary
If you want real bench ownership early in your career, this role puts you right at the center of tissue-targeted drug delivery. Instead of running repetitive routine assays, you will process animal tissues, isolate nucleic acids and proteins, and adapt new bioanalytical protocols straight from scientific literature to evaluate novel biotherapeutics. You will be a great fit if you thrive in hands-on wet lab work, feel comfortable handling animal tissue processing, and enjoy applying molecular tools like qPCR, ELISA, and MSD to solve complex bioanalytical problems. If you take pride in clear documentation and want to contribute directly across matrixed teams, this role gives you the practical breadth to grow fast.
