Research and Development Associate I

Pay range: 33-43/hr depending on exp Direct Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Be Limited To Supporting tissue enhanced delivery platform development and portfolio programs Processing animal tissues for protein analysis and nucleic acid extraction Performing MSD and PCR-based methods for bioanalytical analyses Performing cell-based functional assays to characterize biotherapeutics Establishing SOPs and adapt new protocols from literature Maintaining electronic laboratory notebook Qualifications 1+ years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry/post-bachelors research Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques (qPCR/ddPCR, ELISA, Western Blot, etc.) Ability to independently execute experiments and analyze data Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to productively collaborate in cross-functional and matrixed teams Preferred Previous experience with animal tissue processing Previous experience with ELISA or MSD assays Previous experience with mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays
