We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove application instructions. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's parse the job description. First paragraph: "The Division of Student Affairs & Enrollment seeks two Research and Data Analysts to lead and advance data management, analysis, reporting, and storytelling efforts across divisional priorities. The positions play a critical role in strengthening the division's ability to measure, understand, and communicate student impact across career outcomes, health and well-being, student engagement, belonging, and overall student success initiatives. This role combines advanced data analysis, survey design, systems optimization, assessment support, and stakeholder-facing communication. Beyond working with individual units, the research and data analysts will assist with broader divisional data efforts, including the implementation of surveys, development of key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, student engagement tracking systems, and departmental assessment processes. The successful candidates will translate complex data into actionable insights that inform decision-making, improve student outcomes, enhance institutional effectiveness, and support continuous improvement across a broad range of student-facing services and experiences. This position requires a thoughtful, collaborative, and growth-oriented professional with strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of higher education data environments, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to varied audiences." That's a description; could be "About the role". We'll put that in

...

. Next: "Primary Responsibilities" then bullet list. We need to extract responsibilities sections: Survey Design, Data Management, and Analysis; Storytelling, Reporting and Technology Utilization; KPIs & Dashboard Development; Functional And Supervisory Relationships. We can combine into a single Responsibilities section with
  • items. Let's list each bullet: - Oversee the execution of large-scale surveys, including the six-week survey, The Pulse, First Destination Survey and internship-related surveys. - Support units to ensure robust career outcomes data, student engagement data, and health and well-being data are analyzed and reported. - Capture, organize, and analyze small and large data sets from multiple sources to produce descriptive statistical tables and trend analyses. - Maintain data documentation and reporting history to support longitudinal analysis. - Ensure data integrity and consistency across survey cycles. - Collaborate with divisional leadership, Student Affairs departments, and Institutional Research partners as needed to align data efforts. - Extract, analyze, and interpret data from career, health and engagement-related systems. (e.g., Handshake, EAB, Uconnect, Pathify) - Work with departments across the division to ensure accurate labeling, tracking, and reporting protocols. - Utilize institutional systems and tools (e.g., PeopleSoft, Navigate, reporting platforms) in support of career outcomes and assessment objectives. - Produce outcomes reports, visualizations, and infographics to support internal and external storytelling for internal and external stakeholders. - Provide curated career data to campus partners to support understanding of recruitment trends, student engagement, and workforce outcomes. - Develop and maintain report templates to support departmental and divisional needs. - Support operational efficiency initiatives related to events, programs, and services. - Collect, analyze, and maintain key performance indicators aligned with divisional priorities. - Update and maintain divisional dashboards to support leadership decision-making. - Translate survey and operational data into clear metrics that reflect student experience, engagement, and outcomes. - Reports to the Deputy Chief of Staff, Student Affairs & Enrollment. - Supervises the following positions: N/A. (We should not include N/A as content; maybe we can omit that line because it's filler. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. For a list item, "Supervises the following positions: N/A." is placeholder; we should omit it. So we can skip that line.) Thus responsibilities list includes all above except the supervisory N/A line. Now "Job Requirements" then list of abilities. We need to separate Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The posting includes "Job Requirements" (list of abilities). Then "Requirements Minimum Qualifications:" then list. Then "Preferred Qualifications". Then "Working Environment Typical office environment". Then "Additional Information" includes Professional Rank and Salary Grade: Senior Staff Assistant, SL3, $65,000-72,000. Special Note about visa sponsorship, Clery Act, NYS Labor Law, EO/AA etc. Those are boilerplate/legal; we should remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove the Special Note about visa sponsorship? It's not exactly EEO but it's about visa sponsorship; might be considered relevant? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Visa sponsorship note is maybe legal but it's a condition; but it's a restriction. Might be considered substantive? It says visa sponsorship not available; that is a condition of eligibility. Could be considered important. However it's also a kind of legal restriction. The instruction says remove legal boilerplate; but visa sponsorship is specific to the job. Might be considered relevant. However the instruction also says "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Visa sponsorship could be considered minor metadata; but it's a condition. I'd lean to include it as a short paragraph under Additional Information maybe. But we have no section for Additional Information; we could fold into a

after Qualifications. But we also have "Professional Rank and Salary Grade: Senior Staff Assistant, SL3, $65,000-72,000." That's Pay info. So we need a Pay section with that salary range. We also have "Working Environment Typical office environment." That's not really Benefits or Schedule; maybe we could include as a brief note under a section like "Working Environment" but we don't have that heading; we could put it under Benefits? Not appropriate. Could be omitted as filler? It's not boilerplate but it's minimal. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we omit Working Environment line. We also have "Additional Information" includes Clery Act etc. That's legal boilerplate; remove. Thus we will have sections: - About the role (description) - Responsibilities (list) - Requirements (maybe combine Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements? The instruction: we have sections Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. We have "Job Requirements" list of abilities (like ability to manage data, etc.) That could go under Skills or Requirements. Usually "Requirements" could be minimum qualifications; "Skills" could be abilities. But we have both. We have Minimum Qualifications (education, experience). That's definitely Requirements. We have Preferred Qualifications (Master's degree). That's Qualifications. We have Job Requirements list of abilities; could be Skills. Thus: -

    • list of abilities from Job Requirements (the bullet list). We'll need to capture each ability. Let's extract the Job Requirements list: "Ability to manage and analyze complex data sets. Strong expertise in survey design, data analysis, and reporting. Ability to work with enterprise systems and data platforms commonly used in higher education. Ability to translate data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations. Knowledge of student learning and student development theory. Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel. Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate across departments and build trust with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Applicants must demonstrate an ability to develop inclusive and equitable relationships within our diverse campus community. Applicants must demonstrate an ability to support diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and belonging relative to their role." We'll put each as
    • . Now Pay: we have "Professional Rank and Salary Grade: Senior Staff Assistant, SL3, $65,000-72,000." So we can put Pay section with that. Schedule: not mentioned; we should not create Schedule section. Benefits: not mentioned; we should not create Benefits section. Thus final HTML:
