Brief Overview
The Herbold Computational Biology Program in the Public Health Sciences (PHS) division at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center seeks a senior Research Administrator (RA) to support faculty in pre- and post-award management, regulatory compliance, and general lab operations.

Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or 4 years relevant experience, minimum of three years experience managing federal and/or non-federal sponsored research, experience creating and executing strategic plans, ability to delegate tasks to appropriate resources, multi-project grant experience with a wide variety of funding sources, ability to analyze and interpret regulations, determine impact, and manage change.
- PREFERRED Qualifications: Three years as a research administrator preferably with principal investigators/academics, five years of relevant experience, prior supervisory experience, working knowledge of Excel formulas and functions, knowledge/prior experience with Enterprise Software Systems, ability to tailor communications to specific audiences, ability to navigate complex internal systems and departments, basic budgetary knowledge, knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines such as IRB, IACUC, MUA.
