Requirements Analyst with Security Clearance

Position Summary

Provides on-site requirements analysis and subject matter expertise supporting CD&I/MCCDC Capabilities Integration Officers, with emphasis on USMC material requirements, POM/AAO analysis, capabilities/gaps/solutions, JCIDS documentation, and TFSMS support.

Primary Responsibilities

• Document USMC material requirements and draft requirement-related products for Government review and approval.
• Conduct analysis to validate and adjust Approved Acquisition Objectives and support POM funding initiatives and budget exhibit reviews.
• Cook with operating forces to identify capability gaps, proposed solutions, risk areas, and warfighting capability impacts.
• Facilitate communication between MARCORSYSCOM program offices and CD&I Capabilities Integration Officers.
• Draft and support JCIDS documents, Concepts of Employment, Operational Mode Summaries/Mission Profiles, capability briefs, and information papers.
• Provide TFSMS support and maintain traceability between requirements, capabilities, force structure, and program documentation.

Desired Skills / Experience

• USMC requirements development and JCIDS familiarity
• POM/AAO analysis, budget exhibit support, force structure analysis
• TFSMS experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work with CD&I/MCCDC stakeholders and operating force representatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in operations research, defense studies, business, engineering, logistics, or related field
• Prior USMC combat development, requirements, acquisition, or operating force experience preferred

Desired Skills / Experience

• Ability to obtain/maintain CAC and required background investigation; Secret clearance may be required
