- Stakeholder Collaboration – Lead cross-functional engagement with NGA stakeholders, acquisition offices, and technical boards.
- Agile Methodology Familiarity – Support or lead agile workflows, from user story development to scrum participation.
- Mentorship & Leadership – Guide junior and mid-level engineers in requirements engineering best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in requirements engineering or a related systems engineering field.
- Strong understanding of the Intelligence Community and NGA’s mission.
- Expertise in traceability tools and MBSE environments.
- Comfortable interfacing with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field (Master’s preferred).
- Prior experience with NGA, NSG/ASG, IC or DoD programs highly desirable.
