Requirements Analyst

Requirements

• Document and track all system requirements from inception through implementation, ensuring full traceability.
• Manage the requirements management process to support all systems engineering and development activities.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders, analyze and refine requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and testable.
• Create requirements verification matrices to track testing and validation, and generate requirements status reports for program management.
• Develop and maintain requirements management tools and processes, train team members on requirements best practices, and ensure requirements align with program objectives and constraints.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience eliciting, managing, documenting and/or solutioning requirements for large technical programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering, or possession of a DoD 8140 Certification (nice to have).

Benefits

• Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required, depending on position.

Pay

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is: $78,600 - $160,200 USD.
