Project Context

The Government of the Republic of South Sudan has received grant financing from the African Development Fund and the European Union to implement the South Sudan portion of SUPIP. They intend to use part of the proceeds to hire a Project Manager and a Procurement Expert (as individual consultants) to be part of the South Sudan Project Implementation Team under the auspices of the Project Coordinator.
