Reprographics Associate

Location: Midtown Manhattan | New York, NY

The Reprographics Associate is responsible for adding value through the delivery of daily back-office services for our client and internal teams. Services include, but are not limited to, reprographics and print production support, including high-volume copying, binding, finishing, and document preparation, as well as mail services in both physical and digital environments. The role requires strong customer engagement and communication skills, with the ability to manage service requests efficiently through our ENGAGE intake platform (experience preferred). Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications is highly desirable. In addition, the Reprographics Associate will support hospitality, facilities, audio/visual, reception, and other Williams Lea service lines as needed, ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.

Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm - 12:00am; Friday 1:30pm-10:00pm, plus one Sunday alternating - 12:00pm - 8:00pm (On the weeks you work Sunday, you'd have the following Friday off for a long weekend)

Pay

The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $17.88 - $24.28/ hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically
