Responsibilities

• Operational set-ups: Provide accurate and compliant product attributes and digital assets for various sites, including internal, external accounts, and marketplaces.
• Monitor sites: Ensure all assortments are available across internal sites, external sites, and marketplaces by monitoring copy, digital assets, and inventory feed processes.
• Support internal teams: Maintain effective partnerships and strong communication with cross-functional teams such as eCommerce, Costing, Sales, Planning, and Product.
• Weekly updates: Send reports to Sales on inventory, market pricing, and site audits using Excel/BI platforms. Conduct weekly meetings with Sales and Brand Leads to discuss product setups and tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in retail sales or wholesale.
• Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong prioritization and fast-paced environment handling skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
• Experience with SAP, PLM, or BI tools is a plus.
