About the role

Supports the sales team in achieving sales targets by managing customer relationships and providing product information.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Manage customer accounts and follow up on orders
• Provide product demonstrations and support to customers

Requirements

Must have strong communication skills and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
