Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all company KPIs for VoIP, WhatsApp, and other services.
  • Manage cash flow when assigned.
  • Manage external purchases.
  • Handle returns and exchanges.

Requirements

  • Desirable: Preparatorial and/or Technical Career
  • 2 to 3 years of experience
  • Knowledge of multi-brand spare parts for at least 3 years, telemarketing, counter sales.

  • Rational, critical, and productive use of digital tools.
