Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery deadlines for commercial orders.
  • Ensure compliance with all VoIP, WhatsApp, and other commercial KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with all company KPIs for VoIP, WhatsApp, etc.
  • Manage cash flow when assigned.
  • Manage external purchases.
  • Manage returns and exchanges.

Requirements

  • Desirable: High School Diploma/Tech Degree and/or 2 to 3 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of multi-brand spare parts for at least 3 years, telemarketing, counter sales.
  • Competent in using digital tools, applying them rationally, critically, and productively.

Skills

  • Sales closure.
  • Shipping management.
  • Digital communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Initiative and proactiveness.
