About the Opportunity:The Reporting Specialist role focuses on converting business and operational data into clear, reliable reports that support decision-making across the organization. The position involves working with structured data, maintaining recurring reports and dashboards, investigating data inconsistencies, and collaborating with multiple teams. This role is suited for individuals who enjoy data and reporting while seeking to understand the business context behind the numbers. 3. Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain recurring business and operational reportsCollect, organize, and validate data from multiple sourcesBuild and update dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting materialsMonitor reporting accuracy and investigate data discrepanciesAnalyze trends and changes in key business metricsWork with stakeholders to understand reporting requirementsTranslate business questions into clear reporting requirementsDocument reporting processes, definitions, and data sourcesSupport ad hoc analysis and reporting requestsCollaborate with Data, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve reporting issuesIdentify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automationPresent findings and key information clearly and understandably 4. Requirements:Minimum of 1 year experience in reporting, data analysis, business operations, or a similar roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient with spreadsheets and structured dataHigh attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to explain data and findings clearly to non-technical stakeholdersStrong written and verbal English communication skillsOrganized approach to managing recurring and ad hoc requestsComfortable working independently in a remote environment 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:$55,000–$72,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role 6.
