About the Role

The Reporting Analyst maintains a reporting-focused, analysis-led work profile within the context of an international education and study/work-abroad platform. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining dashboard reporting with visible sources, owners, statuses, and next actions.
  • Reconciling role documentation with status tracking for work and study travel jobs.
  • Coordinating data validation with deadline management.
  • Reviewing documentation to ensure reporting accuracy and traceability.
  • Implementing quality control and workflow management to surface errors before they cause downstream rework.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure data and reporting reliability under the specific demands of an international education platform.
  • Keep completed work traceable, unresolved items assigned to owners, and repeated errors surfaced proactively.
  • Apply workflow context and data analysis confidently within the study/work-abroad environment.
  • Maintain data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
  • Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning.
  • Exercise judgment in follow-ups, especially when reporting depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
  • Combine dashboard reporting, issue escalation, and exception tracking to ensure work is current and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Pay

Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.
