Reporting Analyst

Harvest Advertising is expanding its team with a Reporting Analyst focused on digital advertising, social media, SEO, branding, campaign execution, client service, and performance reporting. The role is full time, fully remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update recurring reports, trackers, and status summaries using data from digital advertising, social media, SEO, branding, campaign execution, client service, and performance reporting.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across advertising and campaign delivery.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information.

Requirements

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$90,500 - $99,500 per year
