Reporting Analyst

Talento PriceTravel Holding is hiring a Reporting Analyst to analyze business data spanning recruiting, people operations, travel distribution, ecommerce, customer support, and business support. The role involves turning data into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights for a fully remote, full-time position open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update recurring reports, trackers, and status summaries using data from recruiting, people operations, customer support, and business support.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies, documenting resolutions across recruiting and travel-business support.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries explaining trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes to ensure reporting remains reproducible.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information.

Requirements

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$90,000 - $99,000 per year
