The position applies reporting analytical review within group travel operations to live work, making accuracy and traceable follow-through more important than superficial speed. Strong performance shows up in fewer avoidable corrections, timely follow-through, and records that make the next action obvious.
Responsibilities
- Own the Reporting Analyst workflow by helping the team translate findings into practical next actions.
- Coordinate the Reporting Analyst workflow by helping the team validate source data before analysis.
- Review the Reporting Analyst workflow by helping the team build reports around clearly defined metrics.
- Maintain the Reporting Analyst workflow by helping the team investigate anomalies instead of masking them.
- Track the Reporting Analyst workflow by helping the team document calculations and assumptions.
- Ensure remote execution leaves decision-ready analysis accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Skills
- Use Research and Stakeholder Communication confidently when carrying out reporting analytical review.
- Apply Reporting Analyst Workflow without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document Cruise and Tour Support decisions clearly enough that another teammate can follow the reasoning.
- Use sound judgment around Data Reconciliation, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.
Pay
Base salary: $55,000–$78,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
