About the role

This Reporting Analyst role operates within cultural, heritage, pilgrimage, and group-tour planning, covering destination, booking, supplier, sales-support, and traveler-service workflows. The position focuses on data and reporting reliability, ensuring decisions reflect the actual operating environment. The analyst must keep confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions visibly separate while maintaining a reporting-focused, analysis-led work profile.

Responsibilities

  • Document reporting with dashboard outputs, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within cultural, heritage, pilgrimage, and group-tour planning workflows.
  • Maintain role documentation with status tracking, leaving clear audit trails for reporting-focused analysis.
  • Reconcile data validation with deadline management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
  • Coordinate documentation with reporting to maintain traceability and clarity in workflows.
  • Review quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they cause downstream rework.

Strong reporting in this role means data and reporting reliability remain usable under the specific demands of the workflows. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have owners, and errors must be addressed proactively.

Requirements

  • Use The Travel Experts UK workflow context and data analysis confidently to support reporting in cultural, heritage, pilgrimage, and group-tour planning.
  • Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in reporting workflows.
  • Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions, ensuring reasoning remains clear in the operating context.
  • Exercise judgment around follow-up, especially when reporting depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
  • Ensure role-specific handoffs combine reporting, workflow context, and status tracking; work remains open if signals are not current.
