Reporting Analyst
About the role
This position sits within the Reporting Center of Excellence (COE), providing enterprise reporting, analytics, dashboards, and data insights across multiple business functions, including End User Services (EUS), Service Management Office (SMO), Global Service Desk (GSD), Corporate Finance, Reimbursement Operations, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). It is a Contract position based out of Minnetonka, MN, fully onsite.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions
- Gather business requirements and convert them into reporting solutions
- Perform ETL activities, data extraction, validation, and transformation
- Support reporting requests and incidents through ServiceNow
- Troubleshoot reporting failures involving Power BI, Fabric, OneLake, and ServiceNow
- Maintain reporting documentation, inventories, process flows, and report instructions
- Analyze data and communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
- Support enterprise reporting initiatives across multiple business units

Pay
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
