Replenishment PIT Associate

About the Role

VGM Fulfillment is a national leader in CPAP machine and resupply order fulfillment. As an employee‑owned company, every person at VGM has a personal stake in the business’s success. This position is onsite at the warehouse in Lebanon, TN and focuses on moving products to the proper locations within the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory placement and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently keep up with replenishment requests on the scanner.
• Frequently consolidate overflow on the floor to reduce clutter and keep product stocked.
• Ensure all roller racks are full.
• Operate material‑handling equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, or electric pallet jacks, following safety procedures and maintaining precise records of product movements.
• Handle radio calls regarding replenishing product.
• Be available to come in early or stay late as needed to support the business.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Adhere to compliance, safety, and quality standards and company policies.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, punctual attendance, and strong time‑management.
• Adapt to change in a fast‑paced environment and support business objectives.
• Communicate accurately both verbally and in writing.
• Work cooperatively in a team to achieve business goals.
• Assist with other departmental functions when requested.
• Keep work areas tidy and free of hazards by regularly cleaning and organizing tools, equipment, and materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Some warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays and occasional extra weekday hours.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery and equipment (e.g., carts, hand trucks, forklifts, reach trucks).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility for the majority of the day.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and slide products and equipment typically weighing up to 15 lb, with occasional items up to 30 lb.
• Visual abilities including reading, distance vision, and peripheral vision.

Working Location

Lebanon, Tennessee (warehouse site).

Schedule

Semi‑full‑time, Friday – Sunday, 6:00 am – 6:30 pm. Flexibility to start early or stay late as needed.
