Replenishment Associate

The company handles picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management from strategically located fulfillment centers across the United States.

About the role

The Replenishment Associate is responsible for moving products to the proper location within the warehouse, ensuring the correct amount of product is where it should be, performing active replenishments on the scanner, and consolidating extra product on the floor to reduce clutter and improve efficiency. This position is onsite at the Shiremanstown, PA warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Consistently keep up with replenishment requests on the scanner.
• Frequently consolidate overflow on the floor to keep clutter down and product stocked.
• Make sure all roller racks are full.
• Handle radio calls regarding replenishing product.
• Be available to come in early and stay late as needed to provide adequate support to the business.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Maintain compliance, safety, and quality standards by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Follow safety procedures, keep precise records of all product movements, and implement quality‑control measures.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with others of varying backgrounds.
• Set a positive example through personal attendance and time management.
• Adapt to change in a fast‑paced environment to support business objectives.
• Demonstrate accurate verbal and written communication skills.
• Work cooperatively in a team environment to achieve business goals and growth opportunities.
• Assist with other departmental functions upon request.

Qualifications

• Some warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Willing to work overtime if needed, including Saturdays and a few extra hours during the week.
• High school diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility for the majority of the day.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and slide product and equipment typically weighing up to 15 lb, with some items up to 30 lb.
• Operation of warehouse machinery and equipment (e.g., carts, hand trucks, etc.).
• Visual abilities including reading, distance vision, and peripheral vision.

Schedule

Full‑time. Shift options: 5 am – 3:30 pm Monday‑Thursday OR 6 am – 6:30 pm Friday‑Sunday.
