Replenishment Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently keep up with replenishment requests on the scanner
• Frequently consolidate overflow on the floor as to keep clutter down and product stocked
• Maintain all roller racks full
• Operate material handling devices like forklifts, following safety procedures, maintaining precise records of all product movements, and implementing quality control measures are crucial
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with others of varying backgrounds
• Handle radio calls regarding replenishing product
• Be available to come in early and stay late as needed to provide adequate support to the business
• Maintain a clean and safety work environment to prevent accidents and injuries
• Maintain compliance, safety, and quality standards by ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures
• Set a positive example through personal attendance and time management
• Be willing and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment to support business objectives
• Demonstrate accurate verbal and written communication skills
• Work cooperatively in a team environment to achieve business goals and growth opportunities
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee maybe required to assist with other departmental functions upon request
• Maintain a clear and organized work environment by ensuring all work areas are kept tidy and free of hazards by regularly cleaning and organizing tools, equipment, and materials

Key Qualifications

• Some warehouse experience is preferred, but not required
• Willing to work overtime if needed, including Saturdays and a few extra hours during the week
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility a majority of the day
• Ability to lift, push, pull and slide product and equipment typically weigh up to 15lbs, and some weighing up to 30lbs
• Operation of warehouse machinery and equipment (e.g., carts, hand trucks, forklifts, reach trucks, etc.)
• Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision and peripheral vision
