Replenishment Manager

About the role

The Replenishment Manager at Kinexo, a Berkshire Hathaway portfolio company, oversees the purchasing team and ensures goods are replenished to meet customer needs. This role is based in Rocky Mount, NC, requiring a 50-minute commute.

Responsibilities

• Review and implement inbound supplier consolidations to maximize cash flow and inventory turns.
• Negotiate with existing suppliers to improve profitability.
• Utilize TMS to monitor and report P&L improvements for inbound logistics spend.
• Develop, monitor, and track KPIs for monthly reporting to senior management.
• Maintain autonomy over redistribution processes, procedures, and financial impacts.
• Manage Replenishment Buyer group and work with Pricing group for price change P&L maximization.
• Create SOPs for purchasing team and train new replenishment buyers.
• Resolve replenishment issues with suppliers and work directly with National Accounts.
• Complete special projects as assigned by KINEXO leadership.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of principle food service disciplines including purchasing, customer service, accounting, warehousing, and transportation.
• Collaborative and team-oriented personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to achieve results through negotiation, resource allocation, and strong judgment.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships within and outside the company.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Limited travel required, especially to National Accounts.
• Experience in the food service industry preferred.
