Responsibilities

  • Communicate and partner with the General Manager, vendors, and airport staff to ensure proper compliance with rules and regulations for deliveries and movement of merchandise throughout the platform.
  • Provide best-in-class customer service through efficient inventory control processes and distribution.
  • Properly utilize and respect company-issued tools and resources, applying security practices of the work environment.
  • Create and maintain good working relationships with fellow Associates.
  • Maintain warehouse appearance, ensuring a safe working environment in compliance with Health & Safety regulations, housekeeping, and maintenance standards.
  • Efficiently and accurately conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns, transfer transactions, etc., using handheld or company equipment.
  • Complete any required process controls (paperwork, etc.) efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure consistent application of stock security as per defined processes.
  • Resolve inventory control issues and escalate as required.
  • Identify and report discrepancies to Management according to defined processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including those relating to food safety.
  • Follow the correct First In, First Out (FIFO) process.
  • Maintain good time management.
