About the role
Responsible for providing technical support to clients in Las Vegas. This includes troubleshooting issues, assisting with software installations, and resolving customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of software applications.
- Document issues and solutions for future reference.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated with new technologies and products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience with common IT hardware and software.
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting and basic cybersecurity principles.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving client issues.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
