About the role

Responsible for providing technical support to clients in Las Vegas. This includes troubleshooting issues, assisting with software installations, and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of software applications.
  • Document issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated with new technologies and products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Experience with common IT hardware and software.
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting and basic cybersecurity principles.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

  • Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving client issues.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
