About the role

Responsible for providing technical support to clients in Los Angeles. This includes troubleshooting issues, assisting with software installations, and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support via phone and email
  • Assist with software installations and configurations
  • Document and track support tickets
  • Conduct research and provide solutions to complex problems
  • Train new team members on support procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience with common IT hardware and software
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
