Repatriation Program Manager, University of Kansas

The University of Kansas is currently seeking an experienced Repatriation Program Manager. This role is full-time and permanent, working cross-departmentally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and management of the university's repatriation programs
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of repatriated students and faculty
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to repatriation
• Provide guidance and support to repatriated individuals and their families
• Monitor compliance with federal and state regulations regarding repatriation
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the repatriation program

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, psychology, or social work
• At least 5 years of experience in higher education administration or related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience with student affairs or academic advising
• Knowledge of federal and state laws related to higher education
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
