The University of Kansas is currently seeking an experienced Repatriation Program Manager. This role is full-time and permanent, working cross-departmentally.
About the role
Note: This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and management of the university's repatriation programs
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of repatriated students and faculty
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to repatriation
- Provide guidance and support to repatriated individuals and their families
- Monitor compliance with federal and state regulations regarding repatriation
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the repatriation program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, psychology, or social work
- At least 5 years of experience in higher education administration or related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with student affairs or academic advising
- Knowledge of federal and state laws related to higher education
- Experience with data analysis and reporting

$80,000 - $90,000 annually
