Key Responsibilities
- Assess property damage and complete repairs according to the approved scope of work
- Perform a variety of trade-related tasks including drywall installation and texturing, trim work, door and cabinet installation, and general carpentry
- Complete minor electrical work such as ceiling fan installation, light switch and outlet replacement, and basic circuit checks
- Apply paint and finishing materials and complete punch list items
- Ensure all repair work meets company safety guidelines and quality standards
- Protect surrounding areas to prevent secondary damage during repairs
- Accurately document work performed, materials used, and job notes in DASH
- Maintain professional, courteous communication with homeowners, tenants, and property managers while onsite
- Communicate daily with the Project Manager and team regarding job progress and needs
- Upload beginning-of-day and end-of-day photos to Company Cam and enter daily notes in DASH
- Assist in training and mentoring newer technicians to support skill development
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow, and expand technical skillsets for future advancement
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for board-up services

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, squat, lift, and carry objects for extended periods
- Safety to operate tools and construction equipment
- Ability to work in hot, humid, or cold environments
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Comfortable traveling to and accessing the South Phoenix office when required
