Repair Technician

About the role

We are a Certified Ridgid® dealership and have all the plumbing and drain cleaning equipment, materials, biological maintenance products and supplies you need to succeed. And when your equipment doesn't work as hard as you do, our highly trained and experienced repair team is standing by to lend a hand, no matter where you are located.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all equipment that comes through the doors of Western Drain
• Work alongside the current repair technician
• Process completed repair orders and service bills
• Work with vendors on items that need to be outsourced
• Assist walk-in customers on an as-needed basis

Requirements

• Mechanical knowledge
• Plumbing knowledge preferred, not required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be somewhat knowledgeable with computers (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Must be able to lift max OSHA approved weight
