Repair Technician
Purpose
We are a local start-up pool service company in Huntsville, serving the Tennessee Valley. We are seeking an experienced pool repair technician to join our team.
About the Role
This role involves troubleshooting equipment, performing plumbing and electrical repairs on residential swimming pools, and providing excellent customer service. The position is for a dependable candidate who will be rewarded with career advancement and greater earning potential through consistent performance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and do the job right.
- Keep a neat appearance and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Drive safely with a valid driver’s license and current insurance.
- Have a clean driving record and be willing to undergo a background check.
- Perform tasks such as cleaning debris from pools, emptying skimmer baskets and pump strainer baskets, cleaning and backwashing filters, vacuuming pools, brushing tiles, checking water chemistry, checking pool equipment, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Other duties as assigned, including blowing pool decking and equipment areas.
- Report any pool issues to management.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and current insurance.
- No DUIs in the last 5 years.
- Able to pass a background check.

- Experience with pool repair.
