Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of roofs to identify damages, leaks, and other issues.
• Perform repairs on various roofing materials including asphalt shingles, metal, tile, and flat roofs.
• Replace damaged or missing shingles, tiles, and flashing.
• Apply sealants and coatings to prevent leaks and extend the lifespan of roofs.
• Work at heights using proper safety equipment and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding job status and recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and industry regulations at all times.

Qualifications

• A determined mindset to grow and be challenged to be 1% better every day.
• A willingness to learn the skills for the job.
• A belief that our system produces results and "buy-in" to a proven system on day 1.
• Basic skills in operating computer software and/or phones.
• A valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• No felonies; a background check will be conducted.
