Job Summary

Job Name: Roofing Repair Technician
Location: Bloomfield, CT
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: $27-$33 per hour (Based on experience) + Company Vehicle, Fuel Card
Position Summary: As a Roofing Repair Technician, you'll be on the front lines delivering critical service and repair solutions to our customers. Whether addressing warranty issues or taking on new service calls, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing problems, executing high-quality repairs, and ensuring homeowner satisfaction every step of the way. This role is ideal for someone who understands exterior home services (roofing, gutters), works well with tools, and can identify issues and fix them the right way—not just patch them.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair roofing issues, including leaks, damaged shingles, flashing, and related exterior problems
• Conduct field assessments to identify repair needs and determine next steps
• Complete warranty and service-related repair work in accordance with company standards
• Document work performed with notes and photos
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, team members, and leadership throughout the repair process
• Safely operate ladders, tools, and repair equipment in varying weather conditions
• Pick up and transport materials or supplies as needed
• Support additional field service needs during busy periods

Location & Travel

• This role requires coming to the Bloomfield, CT office daily prior to heading to job sites
• You’ll travel to job sites throughout the area

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation for this role may be provided as hourly pay, salary, commission, piece-rate, bonuses, incentives, or a combination of these methods, depending on the position.
