Responsibilities
- Diagnoses and fixes issues with CL rental equipment by repairing electrical and/or mechanical faults in Lighting, Control and Special FX products including ancillary equipment such as main distribution and networking.
- Limits the electronic repairs to circuit board level.
- Modifies and upgrades ORPL equipment to CL standards as specified in CL Technotes.
- Records all repairs in Repair Tracking Systems.
- Placing Parts orders when not in stock.
- Carrying out preventative maintenance as outlined in the Service Reference Guide.
Requirements
- Maintains a clean and organized work area by ensuring all tools and supplies are returned to proper storage areas at the end of shift.
- Ensures equipment waiting for repair is stored in an organized and tidy manner.
- Cleaning workstation and common areas as assigned.
- Removing recycling and waste to designated disposal areas.
- Informing Department Head of low stocks of supplies.
