Repair Technician

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for a Repair Technician in Holland, OH. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading manufacturer of entry systems, transaction kiosks, and coin changers used across a variety of industries.

About the role

As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing equipment components to ensure products meet quality and performance standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, working with tools, and solving mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

• Review return authorization information and diagnose repair needs
• Identify issues and determine if assemblies/components can be repaired
• Perform repairs and replace worn, damaged, or defective mechanical parts
• Disassemble and reassemble components using hand tools and equipment
• Calibrate repaired components to meet specifications
• Read and understand technical information, instructions, and documentation
• Communicate repair findings and updates with customer service teams
• Maintain accurate work and repair records
• Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required
• Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience using hand tools for assembly or repair work
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to read and understand technical information
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
