Repair Technician

About the role

As a Repair Technician with Bone Dry Roofing, you will play an important role in helping homeowners protect and maintain their properties through professional roofing repairs and service. This position is primarily field-based and includes daily travel to local job sites using a company-provided vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate roofing systems and identify damage or areas of concern
• Recommend appropriate solutions and perform repairs that meet company quality and safety standards
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, climb ladders, and complete physically demanding tasks
• Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds

Requirements

• At least a High School Diploma or equivalent
• One to two years of experience in roofing, construction, or a related trade
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach when interacting with homeowners
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that satisfies company and insurance requirements
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

Schedule

• Flexibility required; overtime may be required
• Expected to work two Saturdays per month during the busy season

Pay

• Compensation base equivalent of $36k for first 2–4 weeks
• Upon training, 100% commission with annual earnings potential range of $60k to over $100k
