Repair Technician

About the role

As a Repair Technician with Bone Dry Roofing, you will play an important role in helping homeowners protect and maintain their properties through professional roofing repairs and service. This position is primarily field-based and includes daily travel to local job sites using a company-provided vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating roofing systems
• Identifying damage or areas of concern
• Recommending appropriate solutions
• Performing repairs that meet company quality and safety standards
• Working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Climbing ladders
• Completing physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One to two years of experience in roofing, construction, or a related trade
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to maintain a driving record that satisfies company and insurance requirements
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Flexibility to work overtime and two Saturdays per month during the busy season

Pay

Compensation base equivalent of $36k for first 2-4 weeks, upon training 100% commission with annual earnings potential range of $60k to over $100k.

Schedule

Flexibility is essential, as overtime may be required and technicians are expected to work two Saturdays per month during the busy season.
