Repair Technician Apprentice

Do you like working with your hands and enjoy variety in your work. If so, this may be the job for you! We are looking for a reliable, hands-on technician who seeks more than just a paycheck. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsible, works well independently, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and represents the company well with customers while working on repairs that typically take less than an hour.

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands: experience could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, sculpting, or even a personal hobby.
• Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors: familiarity with color and color-matching is integral to our process.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Duties

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication while performing surface repairs for tenants and property management staff at locations throughout the DFW mid-cities area.
• Creatively problem-solve repairs in a variety of settings like apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites, etc.
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step process.
• Employ each tool in your custom toolkit.
