Repair Technician (1st Shift)
About the role
We are currently looking for Repair Technicians to join our team on 1st shift in our fast-paced repair depot environment.

Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm OR 7:00am - 3:30pm
What You Will Be Doing
- Performing repairs on units under direct or limited supervision, following written work instructions
- Inspecting unit housing (internal and external) to assess repairable vs. non-repairable damage
- Reading and following technical service procedures to evaluate unit performance
- Inspecting and accurately interpreting test prints or images
- Performing firmware upgrades
- Conducting final testing to confirm repair results
- Accessing and using diagnostic programs
- Entering data using available reporting systems
- Maintaining efficiency, yield, and quality standards while performing assigned tasks
- Accurately maintaining electronic and paper records
- Supporting depot operations by performing other duties as assigned by management
What You Will Bring
- Basic understanding of electronics or mechanical systems preferred
- Ability to follow written instructions and technical procedures accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Familiarity with computers and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, data entry systems)
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay
The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $19.00 and $21.00/hr. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
