Repair Representative

About the Role

Support our Sleep & Respiratory Care customers by providing timely, accurate assistance with product repairs, replacements, warranty needs, and other post-sales service requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales customer support for product repairs, replacements, warranty requests, estimates, invoices, and other service-related needs.
• Respond to customer requests through phone, email, and e-store service channels.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries, providing information on products, services, and established processes as needed.
• Coordinate service requests and help guide customers through the repair and service process.
• Maintain accurate documentation while delivering a positive customer experience through clear communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High school diploma or vocational education; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Professional email communication skills.
• Ability to learn and follow established processes and systems in a regulated environment.
• Must reside in or within commuting distance to Murrysville, PA.
• US work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship available.

Pay

The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA is $18.00 to $28.00. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

Schedule

This is an office role requiring in-person work at least 3 days per week in Murrysville, PA.
