About the role
Responsible for managing collision repair estimates and scheduling repairs for clients.
Responsibilities
- Review vehicle damage reports and provide accurate estimates
- Schedule repairs and coordinate with customers
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims
- Ensure all repairs are completed according to manufacturer specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collision repair
- Knowledge of collision repair processes and industry standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Skills
- AutoCAD or similar drafting software
- Computerized estimating systems
- Customer service orientation
