About the role

This is a technical depot repair support position, not a traditional warehouse role. The assignment is approximately 2½–3 months, with potential for extension based on performance and business need. You must be cleared to work in an ITAR facility.

Pay

$23/hr (W2)

Responsibilities

• Bill, package, and ship customer-owned two-way radio communication devices within a technical depot environment.
• Process and track returned equipment while maintaining accurate documentation across multiple systems and databases.
• Coordinate with internal repair depot, service, and shipping/receiving teams to ensure equipment is processed efficiently.
• Communicate with external customers, including police departments, emergency response organizations, and public safety customers.
• Maintain detailed records and provide timely status updates regarding equipment, repairs, and shipments.
• Lift up to 30–35 lbs as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with billing, packaging, shipping/receiving, inventory coordination, or similar operational processes.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and Google Suite.
• Ability to navigate and learn multiple systems and databases simultaneously.
• Customer service experience and ability to communicate professionally with external customers.
• Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, and Dialpad is preferred.
