A Typical Shift
Your Monday–Friday day is spent on the floor and in the workflow: you start by reviewing priorities, staffing coverage, and turnaround targets, then check in with both teams to remove bottlenecks. Throughout the day you verify progress against timelines, confirm documentation is complete, and spot-check quality so finished items are ready to move forward without rework.
