Repair and Maintenance Technician - Temporary

Essential Duties

• Reports to work daily and is ready to work at the scheduled start time
• Must wear all safety equipment (i.e. back support and steel toed shoes)
• Assess “dirty area” and prioritize cleansing/repairing of work load for the day
• Ensures proper cleaning procedure using appropriate germicidal disinfectant cleaner
• Follows SuperCare infection control cleaning procedure for all contaminated labeled equipment
• Unbags equipment, sprays germicidal disinfectant cleaner, leaves on equipment for 10 minutes, then cleans equipment
• Disposes of rags/towels used to clean contaminated labeled equipment
• Performs necessary tests on equipment/devices and reports any issues to supervisor
• Logs/docs all cleaned/repaired equipment in the Google Drive file “Cleaning Log”
• Wipes down all surfaces in the RM Department with disinfectant spray at the end of each day
• Performs any other duties requested by Supervisor or Management
• Adheres to all SuperCare Health company policies
• Maintains a professional, safe, and clean work environment

Requirements

• Graduate from accredited High School
• Able to lift and carry equipment and miscellaneous items up to 75lbs on a daily basis
