About the Project

The Wisconsin National Guard requests proposals to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the repair of the airfield lighting system at Volk Field Air National Guard Base. The project is commercial in nature and will follow streamlined procedures under RFO FAR Part 12 and RFO FAR Part 15 (Negotiated Contracting).

Contract duration: 510 calendar days after notice to proceed, including inspection and punch list. Project magnitude: $10,000,000 to $15,000,000. NAICS code: 238210, with a small business size standard of $19,000,000. This procurement is unrestricted but includes a HUBZone price evaluation preference. Large businesses must submit a Small Business Subcontracting Plan with their offer.

Responsibilities

  • Provide all necessary plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision for the repair of the airfield lighting system.
  • Ensure compatibility with existing systems, including Cummins, Inc. power generation, Monaco controls, and Best Key locks (sole source/brand name requirements).
  • Complete inspection and punch list within the 510-day contract duration.
