REP I - PLAYERS CLUB
About the Role
Player’s Club Representatives are Guest Service Ambassadors for our property and are directly involved in fulfilling all marketing initiatives from Guest enrollment to event execution.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Guest Service Ambassador for the property.
- Introduce and enroll Guests into the award-winning Player’s Club program.
- Greet and provide personalized service for VIP Guests.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all interactions with celebrities and VIP Guests.
- Participate in the execution of marketing events such as concerts, celebrity meet and greets, giveaways, drawings, parties, and tournaments.
- Perform front-of-house and back-of-house duties for concerts and high-profile celebrity events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Appearance Guidelines
How we look and appear to each guest provides an important impression of our Company. Non-permitted guidelines include:
- Unnatural hair color.
- Visibly explicit or offensive tattoos, facial tattoos.
- Ear piercings that alter the shape and/or size of the ear.
- Any visible body or facial piercings other than two (2) piercings per ear.
- Facial hair longer than ½ inch in length or mustaches that extend past ¼ inch below the upper lip.
Please note this list is not all-inclusive, as exceptions to these rules may apply for certain departments.
