Responsibilities

• Review and process prospective tenant applications in a timely and accurate manner.
• Address applicant inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing concerns, identifying resolutions, and providing next steps.
• Adjust ledger charges in accordance with ongoing leasing specials.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Base Pay Start Rate: $26.73 per hour.
