About the role

The REO Asset Specialist will manage a portfolio of REO and distressed assets throughout the foreclosure, receivership, and disposition lifecycle. Responsibilities include ensuring assets are properly maintained, compliant with applicable regulations, and strategically managed to maximize value and mitigate risk.
