About the role

The Rental Technician III - HVAC (Field/Shop) position is responsible for performing various tasks related to the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems in rental properties.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks on HVAC units.
• Communicate with property managers and tenants regarding HVAC issues.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor.
• Excellent communication skills.

Skills

• Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
